The Waterloo Wellington Research Ethics Board (WWREB) makes sure that research done with people, their personal information, or body samples is safe and fair. This includes research at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) and Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
Before starting any research, projects must get approval from the hospitals and WWREB or another approved research ethics board (REB) first.
The WWREB office only works online. All meetings happen virtually, not in person. The office also only accepts forms by email.
