Calling your healthcare team

Contact Information for Patients of WRHN Cancer Center

This is NOT an emergency line. If you are having a medical emergency call 911 or go to an Emergency Department near you.

Reminders

  • When calling in, listen to the voice prompts.
  • Phones are not answered between 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • Leave a message if you cannot get through. Your healthcare team will return your call as soon as possible. Non-urgent calls will be returned in 1-2 business days.

If leaving a message, please make sure you include the following patient information:

  • Your name/ the patient’s name if you are calling on their behalf
  • Date of birth
  • Medical Record Number (MRN) – find this on your patient itinerary or wrist band
  • Reason for your call
  • A phone number to call you back
