Located in one of the fastest growing regions in the province, WRHN is working to build a healthcare network to meet the needs of the communities we serve, now and in the future. With an expected population of 1 million by 2050, we are leveraging innovation and technology to make sure everyone can get the care they need, when they need it most.

The Integrated Services Plan is a three‑year roadmap of the high‑impact initiatives and projects that will help bring our Strategic Plan to life. It brings together clinical services and enabling service priorities into one coordinated plan, recognizing that excellent care depends on a strong workforce, and systems and tools to support the delivery of care to our communities.

WRHN is proud to care for the communities of Waterloo Wellington and beyond. WRHN is home to 19 areas of care, including seven regional programs that serve patients across the province, in places like Brant, Bruce, Grey, Haldimand, Huron, Norfolk, Oxford, and Perth counties.
With three hospital sites, five community sites, and more than 10 partner sites, WRHN is here for patients and families close to home. Our regional programs help care for more than 10 per cent of Ontario’s population.

Our team strives to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences with compassion. Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) Foundation is WRHN’s charitable partner. The Foundation supports local communities’ health and well-being by raising money for important programs, resources, and equipment at WRHN.
Most new and replacement hospital equipment is not covered by government funding. Instead, foundations work with donors and communities to bridge this gap by raising money for key needs such as:
