Not all health concerns need emergency care. You can also book a virtual visit or go to an urgent care clinic for these concerns. For life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.

Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) welcomes the chance to work with media partners to share information with the public about our programs and services.
Patient safety and privacy always come first. All media requests should be sent to the Communications Team. This includes requests for information, interviews, photos, audio, videos, and access to WRHN and its grounds. To film, take pictures, or do an interview at any of our sites, you must contact the Communications Team ahead of time. A member of our team will accompany you while you are onsite.
