WRHN SOAHAC Indigenous Patient Navigator

Ivy supports Indigenous patients as an Indigenous patient navigator (IPN). She helps patients’ voices be heard, care teams respect patients’ needs, and patients connect with cultural healing and traditions.

Ivy works with the Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre (SOAHAC) to help patients at WRHN. She also connects Indigenous patients with community support. Her work helps during all parts of their care.
