With more than three decades of leadership experience in quality, manufacturing, and organizational excellence, Kent Rice brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.
Kent Rice worked for Toyota for 33 years, retiring in 2025 as Group Vice President of Quality for North America. In this role, Kent was responsible for the oversight of the vehicle quality, production quality and field quality for Toyota’s 14 manufacturing sites and 3 sales organizations throughout Canada, the United States and Mexico. Kent holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He is passionate about leveraging his experiences and skillsets in the development, deployment and improvement of organizational systems and cultures to support our community.
