Mike Gourlay is the vice president, finance and support services and chief financial officer (CFO) at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN).
In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the organization and for overseeing the daily operations of financial services, capital planning, procurement and materials management, facilities management, dietary services, housekeeping/environmental services, data governance, and business development. Prior to this role, Mike served as vice president, corporate services and CFO at St. Mary's General Hospital and has held a variety of leadership roles across the higher education and healthcare sectors. Mike is a chartered professional accountant: certified management accountant. He earned a master of business administration and an honours bachelor of commerce from McMaster University. Mike is a committed member of the community and has served on a variety of volunteer boards and committees.
